The roof exhaust trap can be connected to the evacuation pipe of a dryer, bathroom fan or range hood which exits through the roof. Click here to view a diagram and dimensions.

Available in these standard colours:

Colours shown above may not appear exactly as intended due to monitor settings on your computer.
Exhaust Exit: The exhaust exit is 5 3/4 inches up from the roof, and a metal deflector leads the air out the sides, reducing ice formation at the bottom of the unit.
Silent: The unit is protected from back drafts by a metal deflector, thus eliminating noise from the damper, even in high gusts of wind.
Removable Grill: Prevents birds and rodents from nesting or entering. Makes for easy removal of lint.

Standard colours: brown, black or grey.

A limited selection of special colours is available at a slight premium.

Product Code Dimension in inches
A B C D E
CT-4 5 1/4 7 3/4 13 1/4 15 1/4 Galvanized pipe 4 inches in diameter
CT-6 7 1/4 7 3/4 15 1/4 15 1/4 Galvanized pipe 6 inches in diameter
CT-10 11 1/4 7 3/4 19 1/4 15 1/4 Rectangular galvanized pipe 3 1/4 x 10 inches

NOTE F: The internal damper is partly cut off so as to facilitate the evacuation by gravity of the pipe. Very often the motor of the bathroom fan, dryer or hood range is not strong enough to open the damper if the distance between the two is considerable. The cut off damper will still permit an evacuation. It also permits the evacuation of the pipe if the fan, hood range or dryer is shut off to rapidly.
